1-8-23 Your Life

This is the first message of our 4-part series called Reset. Simply titled 'Your Life', it focuses upon the importance of priorities and living life with wisdom. The time we have is a gift from God, and we need to spend it well!

1-1-2023 Faith and Determination

As we move into 2023, let's do so with faith and determination. Let faith stretch you and move you out of your comfort zones. Be open to new things, new ideas, and new relationships. Go forward in faith toward the things that lie ahead!

This is our annual Christmas movie sermon, including clips. This year's sermon is based off of the Jim Carrey version of 'How the Grinch Stole Christmas'. Great movie with some good life lessons.

In Philippians, Paul tells us the peace of God can guard our hearts and minds. That's pretty huge and pretty important. This message points out six different attributes on the peace of God, including its connection to pleasing God.

We need protection for our hearts and minds against all the stuff this world is throwing at us - anxiety, worry, fear, depression, etc. The Apostle Paul gives us some valuable insight as to how that protection can be had.

Communion, or the Lord's Supper, can be a very intimate time. We find it in 3 of the 4 gospels as well as In I Corinthians 11:23-34. This message uses the latter passage to point out five observations when it comes to communion.

Jesus came to earth to die for our sins, sure, but what else? The church is an extension of Jesus. We are the body of Christ. Knowing why he came gives us insight as to what we should be about as well.
