Most believers would agree that America could use a revival about now. And we may be seeing some early signs of it - outside of America as well. This message focuses on some things to keep in mind as we ask God for a move of His Spirit.

This message is directed at 'typical' marriages with 'typical' issues where husbands and wives need to learn how to better handle their differences and conflicts, and hopefully give some insight into our gender-driven needs. It is not intended to oversimplify problems that may exist in a marriage facing critical issues, including abuse and flagrant sin. It is directed at how we interact with our spouses to improve our marriage; not to simply 'take it' in an unhealthy situation from either spouse.

Purpose deals with 'why'. Assignment is more about 'what'. In school we were given assignments, usually called homework. Our God-given assignment is more like our 'until we get home' work. Your assignment is of great importance.

The three big questions of life - Where did I come from? Where am I going? Why am I here? Of the three, it's the last one that is the focus of this message - why am I here? In other words, what's my purpose? Important question!
