The main objective in baseball is to cross home plate. As a church, we involve ourselves in missions because we're trying to help others get home. Your good works may get you to 2nd or 3rd, but only through Jesus do we make it home.

As followers of Jesus it's important that we hear and trust the still, small voice of the Holy Spirit. We need wisdom from above to accomplish what He's called us to do. His voice is connected to our purpose in life.

This is the first message of three in a series we're calling 'Conversations with God'. This particular message shares five different things we can do to help us better hear from God. He still speaks, but we must listen.

The last words of Jesus to his followers before returning to his Father was to share the gospel with others, whether across the globe or across the street. We call it the Great Commission, and it's part of what we do.

Water baptism - what's its purpose? Is it requirement for salvation? Is there an age requirement? Can I be baptized more than once? This message addresses these questions and more.   

Receiving forgiveness is one thing. Giving it is another thing entirely, especially when the wrong done to you is huge. Erika Kirk modeled what Jesus taught on national television. What can we learn from this? And what about Tim Allen?

The gospel is a message of good news and doesn't change. However, the way it is presented can vary. That's the heart of this message. Two different men, two different audiences, two different presentations - but still the same gospel.

Good and evil, light and dark, truth and lies - The Bible speaks of two different kingdoms, and each has a ruler. These kingdoms oppose each other in every way, and the battle between them plays out before us everyday.

The title is taken from Charlie Kirk's organization 'Turning Point USA'. We spent some time talking about the current issues and what we might expect in coming days. The hope and prayer is that we are truly at a turning point in America.
